    Rolie Polie Olie

I would just like to say that I find this a very good show for children.
They share a message with every show. In some cases its using proper manners and other show the importance of children playing together with co-operation. They also show the importance of parents to listen to their children and show interest in what they are doing.
I am sure most children will not notice these things directly but in an indirect manner they will learn from this program.
I would hope you will not take this program off the air.
It would be nice if more of there DVD'S were available to be purchased. I could not find any in the stores and had to go on line and many listed are not avaible.

I heard my all-time favourite exclaimation on Rolie Polie Olie when the father said

    " Well. bless my balls!"
I used to be such a sweet sweet thing
Till they gotta hold of me.

    lol!
    wow... was not expecting that!
Wonder what made the producers allow that line in. You certainly would not want your kids repeating it.

I think you are taking things out of context. It is a KIDS show. is it not?

I was not really concentrating in the show that day. Given the fact the character is made of spheres , is it such a strange thing for the character to say??

I don't kow. But it starlted me at first and then I reacted like any self-respecting (former) teenager.

Giggle, giggle. They said a 'rude' word in the tv!"

Of course its a kids show, but the phrase is one which can also have a whole other meaning to it. If you heard a child repeat it, whats the first thought to come to your mind? It wont be in the context of 'its a kids show', im sure.

I was just surprised that a phrase with such a double meaning would be allowed by the writers of the show.

Agreed. I wouldn't want my kids saying that outloud when they get to pre-school or elementary school. I don't think teacher would by the excuse, "Well, it came from a kids show."

Kids shows are alot more influencial than parents think and it's something that shouldn't be taken for granted.

If this is from the episode "Upside Downers" what he actually says is "Well, bless my bolts!"  Makes sense since they're robots.  I had to listen twice because it sure sounds like balls.
